I recently had a disappointing experience with Glass Group. There was a clear discrepancy between the invoice I received and the document that was sent to my insurance. The version sent to them did not reflect the full details shown on mine, which raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty in how they conduct their business. Despite this, I went ahead and paid the excess, but the lack of alignment in documentation and communication has left me with a negative impression. Situations like this undermine trust, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend Glass Group based on my experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their transparency going forward
I had a very disappointing experience at Me By Car Sale. Firstly, the financial team was not helpful at all—they handled everything without properly explaining the process to me. The financial salesperson even tried to push an insurer that would have charged me extra, which felt very dishonest. Secondly, when I received the car, the keys were incomplete. When I raised this issue, I was made to feel stupid as if I didn’t know what I was talking about as a first time buyet. After involving the manager, his response was dismissive, even asking if I wanted to cancel the purchase. Eventually, they offered to replace the broken key I came back, but this entire experience left a bad impression. To make matters worse, after purchasing the car and leaving with it, I am still waiting for my license and registration.The disk has expired, and the car is already giving me electronic problems. I can't even go to the dealership to have it checked because the car isn’t registered in my name yet. I’ve been going back and forth with WebuyCars, but their service has been terrible. They keep sending me from pillar to post, telling me to wait for emails or phone calls, but nothing is being resolved. It’s been a long time now, and I’m beyond frustrated.
