This has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Glass Group has completely failed to fix my car glass since Wednesday, and every single day, there is a new excuse. They keep arriving with the wrong glass that does not fit my car, despite having all the correct details from the start. This shows a shocking lack of competence, preparation, and attention to detail. My time has been wasted repeatedly, and I have had to rearrange my schedule multiple times for absolutely nothing. There is no accountability, no urgency, and no proper communication. Instead of resolving the issue, they keep repeating the same mistake over and over again. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. If you value your time, your vehicle, and basic customer service, do not use Glass Group. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Hands down one of the most *********** and frustrating companies I’ve ever dealt with. If my insurance wasn’t forcing this company on me, I would have walked away a long time ago. They have missed two scheduled appointments without notice and clearly have no respect for other people’s time. Their communication is beyond terrible; it’s non-existent. They confirm appointments and then simply don’t show up, with no apology or accountability. This is pure unprofessionalism and unacceptable service. They deserve zero stars, not even one.

Hands down one of the most *********** and frustrating companies I’ve ever dealt with. If my insurance wasn’t forcing this company on me, I would have walked away a long time ago. Service was good, but 60 days after my windscreen was replaced, my rear-view mirror fell off while I was driving. I suspect that it was not properly installed onto the new windscreen. After informing them of this, I was ignored.

Very disappointed with the unprofessional service from Glass Group. My appointment was confirmed on Friday, 24/10, for 10:30 a.m. on Monday, 27/10. By 11:00, I had received no feedback or update. After following up with both the company and my insurance, someone finally called after 13:00 to say the technician was on the way. When Lucky, the technician, arrived, he was incredibly polite, professional, and apologetic. He explained that he had been given an incomplete worksheet late in the day and that his jobs were scheduled all across Gauteng with no consideration for travel time or traffic. This is unfair to him, as he arrives late to frustrated clients due to poor planning, not negligence. Lucky was excellent, but Glass Group’s scheduling team seriously needs improvement to avoid unnecessary frustration for both clients and technicians.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Glass Group. There was a clear discrepancy between the invoice I received and the document that was sent to my insurance. The version sent to them did not reflect the full details shown on mine, which raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty in how they conduct their business. Despite this, I went ahead and paid the excess, but the lack of alignment in documentation and communication has left me with a negative impression. Situations like this undermine trust, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend Glass Group based on my experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their transparency going forward

Absolutely the worst service. Had 2 confirmed appointments to fix chip on my windscreen. No shows on both times. No call, nothing, just did not show up.

On the morning of the appointment to fit a new windscreen, I was requested to move the time earlier by 2 hours, with 40 minutes notice time on that.... A more convenient time was agreed, 1 hour earlier than the original appointment....and then the Glass Group guys arrive 20 minutes late for that as well....with an attitude! Was asked to tap and pay on completion, but still waiting for the promised invoice
