Absolutely the worst service. Had 2 confirmed appointments to fix chip on my windscreen. No shows on both times. No call, nothing, just did not show up.
Absolutely most frustrating thing to order online and pay with Discovery Miles although the option is there. Then I spent 30 min to try and call Nespresso which is also impossible. Really annoying, luckily the coffee pods market is now wide open. Will try soneone else
Pathetic, pathetic oneline supplier. Placed and paid an order on 14 June 2021, still not received anything. Was in contact with a Coburn, promises and promises - stil nothing received. Please unsubscribe or do not waste time and money on Grabitall.
I had the best experience with a claim for an apple watch from John G Moremong (call center agent)! from registering the claim to having a call from the suppliers took less than 2 hours. Well done John. People ALWAYS complain easily but don't give acknowledgement of good service......
