This has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Glass Group has completely failed to fix my car glass since Wednesday, and every single day, there is a new excuse. They keep arriving with the wrong glass that does not fit my car, despite having all the correct details from the start. This shows a shocking lack of competence, preparation, and attention to detail. My time has been wasted repeatedly, and I have had to rearrange my schedule multiple times for absolutely nothing. There is no accountability, no urgency, and no proper communication. Instead of resolving the issue, they keep repeating the same mistake over and over again. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. If you value your time, your vehicle, and basic customer service, do not use Glass Group. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Poor service from the support and the Rain network team. It's been over 2 months with so many tickets logged and they can't resolve my issue. Extremely bad service fromt he rain team at they have no care for customers and getting issues resolved . Very unprofessional and I do not advise anyone signing up for wifi with Rain
