This is the worst customer service i experianced in my whole life. Im waiting 5 months for my return to be finalized. The consultant tell you one thing and when you phone SARS yourself you get a totally different story. When you complain they tell you to be patient. My banking details needed to be verified and now i have to wait another 21 working days because they dont check the documents they upload. It is pathetic, DO NOT USE THEM
