This is the worst customer service i experianced in my whole life. Im waiting 5 months for my return to be finalized. The consultant tell you one thing and when you phone SARS yourself you get a totally different story. When you complain they tell you to be patient. My banking details needed to be verified and now i have to wait another 21 working days because they dont check the documents they upload. It is pathetic, DO NOT USE THEM

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I’ve received from Janett Honiball regarding my tax returns. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch via email, I haven’t received any response or guidance from her. Right now, SARS is requesting a crucial document for an audit, and I’m left with no direction or support from Janett on how to move forward. It’s disheartening to see others managing their tax matters smoothly while I’m stuck without any help. If you value timely and reliable assistance, I strongly recommend looking for support elsewhere. This experience has been nothing short of stressful and disappointing. Hoping for a swift resolution to this issue.

Tish Dugiah and Dylan Dugiah of TTT finance are the biggest ****mers.they asking you monies to deposited into a bank account and give you false information and promises .DO NOT TRUST THEM.Tgey have taken R7000 rand from me and refused to refund my mo ey after finding out they mislead you. They a husband and wife team working together which I have found out after doing my investigation on them..DNT TRUST THEIR LIES.

I was referred to TTT from a friend and all I wanted them to do is my rebate and change my bank details. I contacted TTT on the 5/8/2020 and today is 29/9/2020 and my rebate is still not paid into the account. They paid into the old account. Many emails have been sent regarding waiting for sars to respond and it can take up to 21 days but I have been patient and the 21 days is over and the issue still is not resolved. I would not recommend TTT to anybody
