I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I’ve received from Janett Honiball regarding my tax returns. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch via email, I haven’t received any response or guidance from her. Right now, SARS is requesting a crucial document for an audit, and I’m left with no direction or support from Janett on how to move forward. It’s disheartening to see others managing their tax matters smoothly while I’m stuck without any help. If you value timely and reliable assistance, I strongly recommend looking for support elsewhere. This experience has been nothing short of stressful and disappointing. Hoping for a swift resolution to this issue.
I am compelled to share my recent experience and unfortunately, it has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. On December 3rd, at 17:19 PM, an email was sent to Experian by Debit recue with clearance certificate and paid-up letters attached The email explicitly stated that, after 6 weeks, consumers could initiate a dispute directly with credit bureau companies to update their records. Eager to resolve my credit issues, I diligently followed the provided procedure and lodged a dispute with Experian. However, despite the initial assurance that the necessary steps had been taken, it appears that there has been little to no effort to update my records within the specified timeframe. It's incredibly frustrating to feel like those responsible for managing credit records are not taking the necessary actions to rectify the situation promptly. The email suggested a clear process, but unfortunately, my attempts to clear my name have been met with a disappointing lack of progress. This experience has left me unhappy and questioning the efficiency of the credit resolution process. It's disheartening to think that the people entrusted with handling credit records can take their time when it comes to something as crucial as clearing a consumer's name.
I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Debit Rescue that left me feeling incredibly disappointed. 🙁 I reached out to them via email regarding a debit issue, and they promptly sent me a link to address the matter. However, upon clicking the link, I was met with complete radio silence—no resolution, no response, nothing. It's disheartening when you're facing a financial concern, and the expected support just doesn't materialize. Even more perplexing is the fact that I cc'd three additional people in my follow-up email, hoping to escalate the situation and receive some assistance. To my dismay, there was still no response. Has anyone else experienced something similar with Debit Rescue or another service? I'd love to hear your thoughts and perhaps gather some advice on how to navigate such situations. MTN I have a MTN contract ,and was handed over ,that was fairly ,But my issue is i have being called and bugged the whole time ,i did make arrangements and it was paid up in full ,now that i request for a paid up letter i being ignored ,send emails upon emails out ,with no luck ,and ask for paid up letter ,everyone ignores me but ,if they need something from you they fast to complaint and complaint but when you do your part they just flat ignore you ,which i think is not fair ,what a bull**** , i have all the mails ,as proof
MIENACASHLOANS ,,,,,,has not come back to me ... its now been two weeks since i made a payment ..and the still not got back to me .every time they tell me the manger will get back to me ,is there even a manager working there, cause if there is he cant even get in contact with his customers attttt alllll , or they tell me **** like he will get back to me or they will get back to me after two weeks off emails that went out them , guys KAK SERVICE IS THE ONLY WAY TO PUTT IT ,

MIENACASHLOANS is such a waste of time my application started on the 25/06/20 i have made 3 payments to them already just so i can get a loan ,and still nothing to show for it ,Today is exactly a week ago since i made the last payment and it was on the 29/06/20 @ 2 pm and since then i heard nothing from them, no communication or what so ever , PLEASE I ASK PLEASE DONT FALL IN THE SAME TRAP I DID , where you sent emails on emails with no response , believe me it makes you scared . its time wasters ,
