This is unacceptable, especially considering that RAM is a partner courier for BobGo. BobGo should have the ability to directly communicate with RAM and resolve these issues. This lack of accountability and customer support is completely unacceptable. The negligence of both BobGo and RAM has severely impacted my business: - Reputational Damage: My company's reputation has been tarnished due to the failed delivery and the subsequent inaction. - Lost Business Opportunities: My company is currently closed for the festive season due to supplier closures. The inability to send replacement stock to affected clients will undoubtedly result in significant financial losses and potentially irreparable damage to customer relationships. - Financial Losses I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and a full explanation of the circumstances surrounding the damage and the subsequent failure to rectify the situation. I expect a prompt resolution that includes immediate delivery of all undamaged packages. I trust that this matter will be addressed with the utmost urgency and seriousness.
