Please avoid purchasing from this company! On the first day I received the machine, I encountered an issue with the belt, making it unusable. A technician came the next day and adjusted the belt. However, within three weeks, the motor failed. It was repaired, but a smaller motor was installed. The technician informed me that the motor was smaller and advised I shouldn't use it for more than 20 minutes at a time. When testing the machine, both the technician and I noticed that the belt now runs much slower, even at the same speed setting. As a result, the data displayed on the machine (such as speed, distance, and calories) is inaccurate. I was out of the country in December and unable to call them normally, so I’ve been communicating through WhatsApp. They only reply after about a week and don’t answer my calls. Here are some of the absurd responses I’ve received: - “The technician who visited you is new and doesn’t know the limitations. Ignore everything he told you.” - “We’ve been advised by our technician that you are exceeding the weight limit for the walkpad, so we cannot assist you further.” - “You would as you have breached the product limitations at 110kgs and we have helped you twice thus far. We will not issue you with a refund. Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase and goods to be returned in same original condition. In your case you are simply trying to get out of the machine more than what it offers per weight limitation which is clearly stipulated.” I checked the weight limit before purchasing this machine, and I am within the allowed range, I don’t know how the technician can verify this claim. I’ve also explained that the machine runs slower even when no one is using it. They just try to shift the blame, instead of actually getting the machine checked out. Now all my calls and messages are being ignored, please save yourself from the hassle and avoid this company.
