Ordered parts on 23 July, internet says 2 to 7 days, we received nothing. Tried calling and whatsapp, no one replies. Eventually Friday somone answer and said our parts will arrive no later than Monday, again nothing. Called and whatsapp, nothing. Tuesday call again, someone answers and says our parts are out of stock! They will call again before the day ends to confirm when our parts will be available. Guess what, we did not receive any call. They are unreliable and unprofessional. Very arrogant. I will never use them again and I will not recommend them to others.
It's been more than a month ago that I was there at the one in Tygervalley mall to buy a phone that comes with a free gift. The gift guy held me on a leash for about two weeks so I returned to the shop and Edries apologized for the Huawei guy's behavior and said he will sort it out. We did receive a mail the next day that said it takes up to 14 days. Edries claimed work days so I waited a little longer. No email, no follow up from Edries, if I don't contact and ask what is going on then I hear nothing. Very disappointed. Bad service. They were quick to sell me a product I did not want but after the sale I get nothing.
We went to Telkom, Tygervalley mall to upgrade our contract. We were very welcomed and helped with pleasure. The assistent manager could not print our contract and said he will send it via email the following day. We have called twice already and have received nothing and he does not call back as promised. The Jarrod guy from Hawui was supposed to help us with the free gifts we got with our phone purchase, first he did not respond, then he responds two days later that he is sick and will help on Monday, that never happened and we had to call again just to be ignored. Later got a WhatsApp from him and a promise that he will submit our stuff as soon as he has time. We are not happy. Worst after service ever. I will return the things I bought if not solved by this weekend.
They helped us when no one else was willing, waiting for us until way after closing time on 2 January 2025. Our radiator leaked and our car overheated all the way there. They did a well done job. We drove all the way back to Capetown without any problems. Thank you.
I can’t get into my account because I can’t remember my password. After numerous attempts to reset by filling out my email address and being prompt that reset email has been sent, i have not received even one email with a password reset link.
