Disappointing experience with SAA. I requested a simple correction to my surname on a booking. Their response: I must pay over R2k to upgrade a new fair to fix a typo ! Hard to understand how policies like this serve customers.
I feel deeply disappointed with the service I received from Incredible Connection. I waited months to purchase an Apple laptop on Black Friday. I chose Incredible Connection over other retailers offering significant Apple discounts and purchased. For nearly two.weeks the tracking link provided by IC showed my order as “being processed” . I sent an email to IC, which went unanswered for days. I called the call center and was informed the order had been canceled—without any communication from IC about this. I expressed my preference to wait for the stock rather than receiving a refund. Despite this, the refund was processed with still no explanation or correspondence about the situation despite requesting this be escalated to the head of of customer service. This experience is not reflective of how customers should be treated. Clear communication and accountability are essential, especially during critical sales periods like Black Friday.
