My partner booked me at this spa and then received a confirmation email regarding the appointment. It being confirmed, I arrived and was then told that my booking was not made as the manager or staff I spoke to did not communicate to their staff about my appointment. I then was rescheduled for a complimentary massage for the inconvenience, where the lady who massaged me started arguing with me mid massage because I asked her to press harder because that was the level of pressure I wanted. She then started telling me that I’m being rude by telling her how to do her job when she’s been in the industry for 16 years and that due to my age being so young I should stop being so dominating and creating problems while she was calling me “Priya” which isn’t even my name which I found quite ******. I then felt very uncomfortable but proceeded with the treatment only to be told at the end that we have run out of time and cannot do my foot massage that I booked with a pedicure. I then asked but why is that if that is a service I am paying for, regardless of time? I arrived for my appointment on time and expected to receive a totally different service from Century Spa. It was truly disappointing experience, I will never go there again.
