My partner booked me at this spa and then received a confirmation email regarding the appointment. It being confirmed, I arrived and was then told that my booking was not made as the manager or staff I spoke to did not communicate to their staff about my appointment. I then was rescheduled for a complimentary massage for the inconvenience, where the lady who massaged me started arguing with me mid massage because I asked her to press harder because that was the level of pressure I wanted. She then started telling me that I’m being rude by telling her how to do her job when she’s been in the industry for 16 years and that due to my age being so young I should stop being so dominating and creating problems while she was calling me “Priya” which isn’t even my name which I found quite ******. I then felt very uncomfortable but proceeded with the treatment only to be told at the end that we have run out of time and cannot do my foot massage that I booked with a pedicure. I then asked but why is that if that is a service I am paying for, regardless of time? I arrived for my appointment on time and expected to receive a totally different service from Century Spa. It was truly disappointing experience, I will never go there again.

What an amazing, well worth experience! Friendly, caring management and staff. Professional and superb at what they do. Amy and Rose definitely take pride in customer service and they make you feel at home. Century Spa's full body Stone massage is definitely one of a kind and so is their Facials, Manicures and Pedicures! Their Jetbath and Infrared Sauna experience is a bonus and takes one to the utmost sensation of relaxation. Will definitely go again! Thank you for a memorable experience. 10/10

I booked for a couple massage and the time that I was given was 18:30 via email and cause of traffic I arrive at the SPA 18:40 and when I woke in the first thing I did I apologised for the 10 min that I was late for and the reception whom assisted me booking she said it was fine and her name was NISA, to make the story short I paid R995 and everything was fine cause I booked for 3 treatment, then after my two teamtment was done the ladies that was assisting us said that we done and I told her that I booked 3 treatment not 2 and she informed me that they will only do the 2 because I was late that moment I was confused and she told me that my booking was 18:15 and I showed her the email that I received confirming that my time was 18:30 so she went outside and ask whowever who did the booking'' that time I was still laying on the bed then she went find out after few minute she come and said that it fine she will do the other treatment 5minute late the lady who assisted me with the booking poped up in the room where we were getting massaged and she come with attitute telling me that, I must take responsability of my 10min of being late and I have no right to ask the ladies that Assisted me to do the treatment 1. She let me paid and did not give me information about how they will give me less of what I paid for. 2. she said that her boss made a mistake with the booking 3.she should at least have waited for me to Finnish with the massage and tell me whatever she had to say at the reception instead of popping into the room while I was busy. 4. In the future dont underlook on people cause they color or other reasons the main thing is that I paid for the service and you should behave diferentely and you still had a gute to argue when I explain to you how you should have waited for me to finnish or give me the information beforehand, then I wasnt gonna waste my money. Nisa you definitely ruined my night.

When you book in advance, but the the****** dont show up for work, then they cant source another the****** and cant bother to phone you earlier. Cancel on you 10 minutes before appointment, already drove there. Bad management and service! Disgusted!
