Deeply disappointed in Game's customer service! My place of work granted one of my wishes and it's something that needs to be bought. So I chose Game as they had the product and all I asked for was a simple quotation / invoice of the said product and even said it was urgent as my work needed it before the 6th of Feb in order to pay on my behalf yet I never received any quotation / invoice from Game as promised by the call center agent and now the deadline for the quotation to be submitted to my work's HR is over and there goes my wish. Well, thank you very much Game!
What an amazing, well worth experience! Friendly, caring management and staff. Professional and superb at what they do. Amy and Rose definitely take pride in customer service and they make you feel at home. Century Spa's full body Stone massage is definitely one of a kind and so is their Facials, Manicures and Pedicures! Their Jetbath and Infrared Sauna experience is a bonus and takes one to the utmost sensation of relaxation. Will definitely go again! Thank you for a memorable experience. 10/10
I took a loan from them 2 years ago and still need to pay for another year to settle the loan. My whole issue is with their customer service, it's a real mission to get hold of them and they only send you loan statements for a year and then after that nothing, it's such a mission to get hold of a statement. Don't ask for a payment holiday because they will make you pay back the full amount of the monthly installment right after the payment holiday has finished, instead of just extending and paying them back at the end of the loan. They threaten you with interest increase and that you must pay it.
