Inconvenienced plus bad service
When you book in advance, but the the****** dont show up for work, then they cant source another the****** and cant bother to phone you earlier. Cancel on you 10 minutes before appointment, already drove there. Bad management and service! Disgusted!

Shockingly bad customer service
<p>We bought a couch on 18 March and only took delivery on 2 May.</p> <p>Invoice stated up to (not more) than 5 weeks waiting time.</p> <p>The customer service we received from the salesmen and dispatch was shocking. Always promising to phone back. Some did phone back, most didn't. No one could really give us a difinitive answer either on when we could take delivery of the couch. We were promised that the couch would be delivered on Saturday 29 April but then it was locked away in the warehouse. </p> <p> </p> <p>Negatives:</p> <p>*We will not be ordering any more furniture from Bellville Furniture,</p> <p>*We advise Management look into training staff in time management, soft s****s and customer service.</p> <p>*Invest in better phone line quality.</p> <p> </p> <p>Positives:</p> <p>*The couch is of good quality.</p> <p>*We commend the delivery men for their hard work and pleasant attitudes.</p> <p>*We thank the Manager for his help and his pleasant attitude.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
