We visit the restaurant on 29 December 2025. They were fully booked but manager make a plan outside. It was cold and they gave us blankets. 15 minutes later he offered us a table inside. Service was excellent and food quality of the best. Thank you
31 December review - unhappy customer Pili Pili Jbay My family took me for my 60th birthday to this restaurant. The venue is lovely, but they need to work on their service timing. An 'as-the-order-is-placed' system would help manage expectations. Unfortunately, there wasn't a manager visible on the floor to address our concerns. Would appreciate seeing improvements in service speed.. The waiter was friendly and apologetic about the kitchen being busy. However, the wait time was excessive - over 90 minutes for food, and another 30 minutes after asking to cancel our order (we only ended up getting food for the child after an hour and 10 minutes he got his chicken strips and chips). It was frustrating to see other tables served before us, including three couples who arrived after us. Chocolate milkshakes was not good.
We regular visit the restaurant, but the moment they are a little busy the service of the waiters is terrible. There is no management of them and they fly all over and forget orders. Last evening we received our food and when asking where is our drinks they were surprised of the question. I order a cheese melt burger but received a mushroom burger. Then they went to get the drink and drive with white wine instead of red. This was send back as our food is half way finish and there is no more appetite for wrong wine. Original waiter came to apologize about the wrong wine, but when we received our bill it was still on the account. What a terrible experience. Location is as always great.
