EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!
What an excellent service we received from Lungile, we went for dinner with my family on New year's eve not knowing exactly to which restaurant. The moment we walked in it was full but looked relaxing with chilled vibe, The lady made an afford to get us a cozy & suitable table for us, she frequently checked if we were still fine even though it was busy, recommended different types of meals including the kids one & everyone enjoyed their meals, we also received complimentary drinks from the manager which was unexpected. Pleasant atmosphere ,I would recommend the restaurant. Thank you for the great service!!!

Horrible service
Horrible service we received with my husband from Grillhouse Melrose Arch on my birthday. We were served by Clement, he left us for over 30 minutes without checking if we were okay or ready to order our meal after the first drink.......we suddenly had to call him for assistance then after receiving our meal he left us just like that & didn't even bother to come back refill my glass or check if we still fine. He left our food unattended for quite long without checking if we need a takeaway & also left our dirty wipes after taking our dirty plates until we asked for the bill.........not even mentioning the part of asking him 4 times to switch on the heater since we were outside & it was cold & raining, the indoor tables were fully booked & the waiters decided to switch it off because they were feel hot....it took them an hour to switch it back on. The tabasco sauce was even close to empty & the ****tail didn't even have a garnish, he even failed to even give us sweets with the bill while others got them. We went to Grillhouse Sandton last year it was never like this.......
