Cemlink - Use at your own peril
De Wet at Cemlink will promise you the moon, earth and stars during the sales process, unfortunately the promises are not kept. As one expects with a building project timelines always run over but ours ran almost a month past when it was supposed to be done. De Wet was hardly ever on site and if you are a woman please do not expect any kind of response from him. My mother and I both battled to get feedback from him, however, should my father or husband try then he would respond. Our roof leaked in 2 places and our toilet also leaked. When trying to get De Wet to come back to look at this it took a fight to get him back. Once his workers returned and worked on our flat the repairs were still not done properly and no effort has since been made to return to complete these issues. Again De Wet was not on site to ensure this had been done properly. My husband eventually did the repairs himself. The insolation on the flat is so weak that one freezes in winter and boils in summer, I have floor boards on the porch that are cracked and breaking, nails that are exposed all over the place and various other small things need to be tweaked. The last communication I had with De Wet was in December when they were closing for the festive period and he was going to attend to us first thing in the new year. We are now in February and there has been zero communication from him to come see and us to resolve our issues. De Wet is a great salesman, but there is absolutely no after sales support or care. Once your money is gone, so is he.

I did my original search on Hippo and got a call within minutes of my search. I originally dealt with a Jose Jacob's who was incredibly professional and very well informed and fielded my questions very professionally. As we were still in the process of getting our vehicle I confirmed I would contact him at a later stage to confirm inception of our policy. As he is on leave he made sure to leave an alternative contact with me for when we were ready. This is the where I now dealt with Nhlanhla Ncgobo. Again I was treated with such professionalism and care. Well done King Price! You guys are definitely doing something right with your training and staff
