Bought a 10kg and it has mold in the rice wow I will never ever buy this rice again
They debited R151 from my account the driver canceled and they still have not refunded me I need my money back and they charge R10 cancelation fee where is the rest of my money? I need my money back and I'll never use Uber again I trusted them
This is my 10th review with no assistance, I paid for vuma on the 1st of December 2024 and today is the 4th March 2025 and still have not been assisted with installation. I tried getting Vodacom fibre and they told me they don't cover my area only vuma does so I feel like they doing this on purpose they took my money knowing very well I won't be able to get coverage. Home connect has been trying their best to assist me but they failed because vuma does not care about their clients I hate this vuma it's unfortunate I can't get any other provider in Meadowlands
It's almost 1 February 2025 and I made payment on the 1st of December 2024 till today I still have not received help from these people, they will only call when I write a review to tell me they are working on the matter and they not getting a response from vuma I have been getting the same story since December 2024
I paid on the 1st of December and they don't seem to care at all been waiting and waiting it's the 16th of January almost going for the second month but no service at all from these people, after writing a review they will inbox you asking for a number you send it and they won't assist
I have been complaining and when I complain they will call and tell me they working on the issue I paid on the 1st of December 2024 we in the middle of January 2025 and still no assistance from them to install the vuma fibre, home connect is the worst ever I regret the day I trusted these people and the stuff does not care at all this is frustrating, wouldn't ever advice anyone to use them because wow they really don't care at all about people
I regret choosing these people and home connect I paid on the 1st of December 2024 and it's 7th if January 2025 I still have not received help from them no installation instead home connect will call to tell me they are still waiting for vuma to give them feedback, it's frustrating as I work from home and I am struggling at the moment. I honestly had no issues with ikeja where I used to stay and now I miss them as they don't cover soweto. This is the worst service provider ever
I paid for a vuma fibre on the 1st of December and I still have not received installation, I keep getting excuses that the manager is not around his working from home, the Sandile agent I have been speaking to keeps telling me that my issue is difficult I don't understand how an installation is difficult, I called again today and they told me vuma is closed and they can only refund me after 6 weeks. I have been waiting since the 1st of December and they seem like they really don't care about their customers, I previously used ikeja and they were the best unfortunately I had to move to soweto and vuma is what people use this side and I must say home connect is worst service provider I ever had to deal with they don't even deserve a single star
