As a new client taking out a life policy I would like to point out my deepest regrets working with momentum to take out a life policy. They never initiated my policy, gave sorry excuses of doctors not giving reports(while I spoke to the doctors themselves and contradicted the statements from Momentum). The help and transparency from the brokers and this company is so disappointing and very bad. I would never recommend them as a professional and supportive company when it comes to any financial matters. As the few who handled this matter of my policy and including my sister’s with the same problem. Someone has to take responsibility for this matter and resolve what has been lost on my side.
Bad service and bad management. Waited on 2 ****tails for 25 minutes in a place that was not that busy. When the drinks got to the table, one was half full and the other no ice. Manager Just shredded his shoulder and said that's what it is. No attempt to rectify the problem or accommodate us. Wouldn't recommend the place for a quick drink. Bad service and very bad management.
