Direct Line Holdings, where do you get my contact numbers? Who permitted you to sell my numbers for marketing purposes?
On the 24th Dec I was chatting with Neressa P Web africa consultant regarding my package to be downgraded to a low pakackage, who transferred my chat to sales team then I was chatting to Karabo L who placed an order for a requested package of R249. And was transferred to Chanel O from Order fulfilment team who advised that only billing can assist with my downgrade. At billing I was chatting with Yolanda K mind you each consultant I chat to I need to state my query again from the beginning what a horrible experience to go through as customer. Any way Yolanda told me that the package I want is not available. Same day I received a message and link to pay R529 which is for the premium, I didn't request that to be add on my profile. On 25th Dec I contacted them again while waiting to be contacted to a consultant my profile showed that I 3 premium lines added on my profile without my consent, I chatted with Imraan S what a sweet gentleman who understood what I need and didn't take him long to give me proper answers and who also confirmed that they hae been premium packages added on my profile but delivery address is totally different to my home address. I confirmed that I do not know the address therefore he must cancel all orders under my profile that am not aware of. What is shocking besides the pathetic horrific customer service I received before this gentleman is that ***** is been done on my account and been getting messages to pay the package I didn't request. What is worse again is the network everyday in the evening there is network issue in terms of connections, there is no month will pass without experiencing connections issues from Web Africa.
