I am extremely disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) provided by Tenda Health. I initially requested a payment arrangement with Bonitas on 19 November 2024 and despite the urgency of the matter, I only received a response from them after the first week of December. Tenda Health, as the supposed broker, has been equally unhelpful. There is no contact number to reach them, making it nearly impossible to resolve issues efficiently. When they finally responded via email almost a month later, I rep**** promptly, but now it has been over a week without any further response. Blaming the delay on the festive season holidays is unacceptable. People rely on your services year-round, especially for urgent matters like medical aid arrangements. This level of service is completely unprofessional and frustrating. I would strongly advise others to reconsider using Tenda Health as their broker if timely support and effective communication are priorities for you.
