Great service, purchased a laptop, very satisfied with service. Recieved laptop within a shorter time than specified after payment reflected in their bank account. Very happy customer

Lengthy wait but happy in the end
I have been a Customer for many years, my last order took a long time to be delivered, I can understand the problems the company has but they always honor your purchase, just be prepared to wait. I will continue supporting this company, just have to factor in the long lead times.

Elite Mobile just answer me
I was caught by there sales CONsultant into having an upgrade to my data contract with Vodacom, OK my error for falling for it. But now they called me again on 30th July 2021 to upgrade my cellphone contract and I was very adamant that I did not want an upgrade and eventually had to cut the CONsultant off. Then on Saturday I was debited with R149 and again on Sunday with R150 for an upgrade. I did not authorise another upgrade. I have tried contacting them but to no avail. Avoid dealing with this company like the plague. The first time they caught me with false promises like there is a once of fee of R150 to upgrade my data bundle with no further charges (No it cost R149 a month) and I cannot get out of that because I agreed albeit was a lie. Now to try their luck again. WOW
