I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of service I have received from Net 99. Since Monday, I have been trying to get assistance regarding an issue with my WiFi connection. Certain apps are not connecting on my phone, both TVs, and my laptop, making the service almost unusable. Despite trying every possible communication channel, I have received absolutely no assistance. I have: Sent messages via WhatsApp Contacted them on Facebook Logged a support ticket Tried calling multiple times Not a single meaningful response has been received. What frustrated me even more is that I stayed on a call queue for 24 minutes, using my own airtime because their number is not toll-free. The moment a consultant finally answered, the call was immediately dropped as soon as I said “hello.” When I tried calling back, I was placed at the back of the queue again. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially for a company providing an essential service like internet connectivity. I honestly did not want to take this matter to HelloPeter, but after being ignored on every platform, I feel like this is the only way left to get a response from Net 99. I would appreciate urgent assistance and proper communication from the company.
placed an order on 1 April 2026 and have not received my goods to date. I have attempted to contact the supplier multiple times via WhatsApp, but I have been receiving the same automated response for over 3 weeks with no assistance or resolution. I have also been in communication via email with one of the representatives and even updated my delivery address as requested, however there has still been no progress or delivery. At this point, I would like to be assisted with cancelling my order and receiving a full refund. I needed these hair products urgently, and the lack of service and communication has been extremely disappointing. The supplier has failed to deliver the product and has not provided any clear communication regarding my order. I am requesting assistance in obtaining a full refund.
I am extremely angry and disappointed with how my refund for order #4002045635 has been handled. My order was canceled on Sunday, 28th, and I was told my refund was pending and would take 4 days. After waiting, I called again — then I was told it actually takes 5 days. Today I found out the truth: the refund was NEVER even processed until now! To make things worse, your team promised to contact me last week about this issue, and guess what? No one ever did. I’ve been **** to, ignored, and made to chase my own refund, which is completely unacceptable. The only person who deserves credit is Phuti, who finally took action and processed the refund properly. If it wasn’t for her, I’d still be waiting. I refuse to wait another 5 days. I was told the refund was already released to my bank, and I expect my money to reflect immediately. This kind of poor service, false promises, and lack of accountability is disgraceful. Do better.
Dear Pick n Pay Customer Care, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my online order 4002045635, which was not delivered. On the evening of 28 September 2026, the assigned driver, Fezile, called me at approximately 22:45. He informed me that he would only be able to deliver the food the following day. This was unacceptable as the order was scheduled for delivery that same day. Additionally, the driver’s tone and manner were extremely rude and unprofessional. My concerns are: The order was not delivered at all. I was inconvenienced by being told to wait until the following day for delivery. I was subjected to rudeness from the driver. I was informed that my refund would take 3–4 days, even though the error was entirely on Pick n Pay’s side. I request the following: Immediate action regarding the driver’s conduct (Fezile – PNP Garankuwa). A faster resolution of my refund, as it is unfair that I should wait days for money to reflect for a service I never received. Assurance that such incidents will not recur in future. I trust this matter will be handled urgently.
I paid on the 23rd of December and I have been given the runaround with the installation and only today I'm being told that the installation team has closed and will open on the 6th jan, I was assisted by a lady called Jane now she is nowhere to be found, i called the head office since Monday requesting a date for installation, they have been saying that the will escaled the matter to the installation team, I've been in contact with net 99 on Facebook the whole week the only thing they saying is we will get our team to contact you. Now they want me to wait another week, mind you I was not even told by them that the installation team have closed, a friend did. No communication from them non whatsoever. Bad service.
