DONT EVER BUY THIS THING
Wish I could give it minus stars. Firstly, it costs an arm and a leg for the lumi spa, then another kidney for the cleansers. Secondly, something so expensive should have a lifelong warranty. It only has a 2 year warranty. There's no repair services offered. My charger stopped working completely. I can't replace the charger or the charging port because they don't offer replacement services (I was going to pay for it). I gave it to my electrical engineer brother to attempt fixing it. He can't even open the damn thing because it's completely sealed. What an absolute WASTE!

Refund issues
Efficient service. I had to cancel an order and an assistant by the name of Ethan helped me receive my refund within hours. I really appreciate it. Wish the refund didn't take so long though but thanks to Ethan I got my money back.
