Most unprofessional and pathetic supermarket ever.purchased a tray of brisket over the festive for a braai to the value of R120 and the meat was rotten even though the expiration dates were good.I don't think the managers do a routine check because cross contamination has serious consequences especially when fresh meat us stored with expired rotten meat.To prevent people from getting sick and ending up in hospital and I will perform health and safety on my own and spread the word.ππ€
I recently filled out a funeral claim for my aunt who recently passed on as a matter of urgency to proceed with the arrangements, as I need to pay the funeral home in order to proceed, however it's been more than 48 hours already and I still haven't received status as to what the hold up is.I am totally disheartened because I have made all efforts to contact capitec, via email and WhatsApp but I still haven't gotten the help I need.I was asked resubmit a document with the government hospital stamp that has a clear indication on the date.The funeral is set to take place on Tuesday 7th 2025, most arrangements are made except payment which was supposed to be paid out by now.I am deeply saddened by this as I am a capitec clientππ
