Rotten meat supplies
Most unprofessional and pathetic supermarket ever.purchased a tray of brisket over the festive for a braai to the value of R120 and the meat was rotten even though the expiration dates were good.I don't think the managers do a routine check because cross contamination has serious consequences especially when fresh meat us stored with expired rotten meat.To prevent people from getting sick and ending up in hospital and I will perform health and safety on my own and spread the word.💔🤞

Don't understand
No staff member at the bread section...went to help myself. Staff member eventually came around - NO apology or the like. Very unpleasant, very unfriendly. Asked to speak to the manager, said he was the manager - no further comment. Floor their is often dirty. Staff shouting from one isle to the other, cashiers are unfriendly, not polite at all, sometimes don't greet - unbelievable.

Don't understand
No staff member at the bread section...went to help myself. Staff member eventually came around - NO apology or the like. Very unpleasant, very unfriendly. Asked to speak to the manager, said he was the manager - no further comment. Floor their is often dirty. Staff shouting from one isle to the other, cashiers are unfriendly, not polite at all, sometimes don't greet - unbelievable.

Managers bad attitude Klip supermarket and take away Meyerton
I selected a bottle of wine in the fridge at Klip Supermarket where it was priced at R 57.90. When I got to the till the cashier rang up R 62.50, I told her is marked at 57.90 and she said she would report it to the manager. i found the manager in the store and told him that the pricing is different as marked on the fridge, he walked over to the shelf where all the other wine were packed out and pointed out that is 62.50. I took him to the fridge and showed him the price there. He started with his excuses, ja the price isn't very clear due to the condensation and the people don't change the prices correctly bla, bla bla. His attitude was that of " Its one of those things" No apology for the inconvenience or Ill have it fixed now nothing. Well he has chased a regular customer away.

Incorrect pricing
I was in Leandra Checkout today at 14h34 and saw Stoney ginger beer 2l at 20.99,and when I got to the till it was 23.99. I explained to the cashier that I saw it at 20.99 and she told me sorry, I went to the manager and told her the same thing she also said sorry, that someone is not doing their. This is misleading as the price was there when I bought it.

Incorrect pricing

Complaint
Checkout supermarket near police station at Nanda pol, the service is pathetic. They have 8 till point but only 2 till point that is operating n I have spoken to employee about this. She said there isn't enough cashiers.I've waited for 15 min to be assisted. The store tiles is broken it needs to be fixed what if the customer get injured. The department needs to visit the store. Trolleys
How can a supermarket have such dirty trolleys, it's shocking that we are expected to our food in that trolley. When you tell the staff about it, they don't really care of seem interested in it. With the current situation you would expect cleanliness above all else, I will not be visiting this store again.
