I took Nedbank Car insurance about 18 months ago, the premiums were good but i recently discovered that the excess that i was informed of on the sales call wasn't actually my access, i was told my excess would be R5000 only to find its R5000 plus an additional R1500 voluntary excess, this was something i was never told during the sales call or a follow up call that i had
How on earth does mtn charge some R2400 instead of R900, how does that make sense, my month is now limited due to MTNs mistake, thanks MTN, now i have to tell my family we staying at home this weekend thanks to you
Outsurance has seriously lost the plot, they increased my premiums, and when I call to try and negotiate and inform them that for the same cover I can get it cheaper, they were like "just make sure you know what you're getting" no attempt to retain. Sad very sad
1 star because theres no 0, I was suppose to get a delivery on the 27/09 for my sons birthday(which is the 27/09) i tracked the order all day, even waited for a call, however got nothing, just before 5pm, i get a call stating the driver attempted to call me, which is lies, now im left with no gift for my son and a bunch of empty promises, thanks Ram
Before sale customer service was awesome however after sale care is horrid, its almost 40 days that i am still waiting for my license disk and i have to keep driving to Springfield to get a temp permit, and i have to fit the cost of fuel. I was even told its fine to drive during festive season with an expired permit, if i get a fine they will handle it. I logged compliants but never receive call backs. Horrid service and to think i paid for my vehicle to be registered

I recently purchased KFC through the MR D app, only to find part of my order was wrong and I found a bug in the gravy, attempted to report it to KFC via facebook, absolutely zero customer experience, no empathy or acknowledge, straight up robotic, was promised a call back, how they call at ridiculous hours, even provided a preferred time but they still get it wrong. Still no further contact from them
