Complaint
Checkout supermarket near police station at Nanda pol, the service is pathetic. They have 8 till point but only 2 till point that is operating n I have spoken to employee about this. She said there isn't enough cashiers.I've waited for 15 min to be assisted. The store tiles is broken it needs to be fixed what if the customer get injured. The department needs to visit the store. Compliment to Fabiani pavilion branch
I had a complaint at Fabiani Pavilion branch in durban. I was so amazed how the manager Wesley managed to resolved my complaint instantly. There are few managers would go an extra Mile meeting customer expectations. I just want to acknowledge Wesley for perseverance, and dedication and being passionate about customers. He possess good leadership skills and I wish all the board of directors at TFG to take a look at Wesley resume because he deserves to be at top of hierarchy in the organisation. Good customer service
I would like to rate Bongiwe Skhakhane she is a wonderful soul to talk too. I had a query regarding my premiums I was paying R933. 10 every month n she was able to explain why my premium increase she had a time to clarify in detail and what I like about her she notified, she said she can see I am good clients for Miway n I haven't claim even once. She did re-evaluation of my premium n Yoh she managed to put a smile on my face next month I'll be paying 776.60 for my premiums. Job well done to her n thanks to her I am a loyal client to Miway.
