I have had a problem with my GPS locator on my tracker since last week, called Cartrack and they booked a technician. Every time when the technician is supposed to come, they can't get hold of him. Yesterday the technician was supposed to come to my workplace to fix the GPS locator and he never came, I called to find out what was the problem and was told there is no technician available. This morning I was called and we made arrangements for the technician to come at 3pm, now at at 3pm I received another call and they told me that the technician will come tomorrow. They forever having issues with technicians and now I am frustrated. I don't think I can recommend cartrack to anyone.
I called cartrack customer service and I was assisted by Magabane Magabane, he was friendly, spoke clearly and understood what he was talking about. He gave me all the information I needed.
I was in Leandra Checkout today at 14h34 and saw Stoney ginger beer 2l at 20.99,and when I got to the till it was 23.99. I explained to the cashier that I saw it at 20.99 and she told me sorry, I went to the manager and told her the same thing she also said sorry, that someone is not doing their. This is misleading as the price was there when I bought it.
On the 5th of February 2022 I was in Secunda Sportscene and I saw sneakers that were priced R1199 and when I got to the till it was R1699, I told the cashier that the price was R1199 and he said he is sorry there's nothing he can do as he has already rung them. I was very disappointed with the service and I don't see myself buying again from Sportscene. Mr S. Nhlapo 0729264502
Today I was in Secunda Markham where I saw a sneaker that was priced at R1199,00, when I got to the till it was R1699. 00 and I told the cashier that this is not the price that was on the item. He told me sorry he's already rung the sneakers and there's nothing he can do. In the near future I dont see myself buying from Markham. I am very disappointed with the incident. Mr S. 2 years ago I was told I owe MTN money on a contract that was taken under my name fraudulently, I cooperated and provided documents, affidavits and signatures that was required from me. Till this day the money reflects under my name and I can't get financial assistance from the banks due to this, I am frustrated and angry as this is affecting my life and credit.
I called Multichoice on the 1st of September 2019 and I explained that there was no debit that went through and I am worried, the consultamt tried to help but realisedit was a Sunday and cannot initiate a debit. He then told to call on the 2nd September 2019 before 15h00, of which I did and the lady I spoke to told me that she will escalate to IT department. Today the 3rd September 2019 I got an sms that my services have been stopped due to non payment. I called Multichoice and wanted to know what was the problem and now I have to pay extra money to activate my services. I am not happy at all. ????????????
I went to the Old Mutual branch in Westgate Mall on Thursday 15November 2018, to do a partial withddrawal. On Monday 19November 2018 I got an sms stating that I need to go to the branch to correct my bank account of which this happens for the second time now. I went to the branch that same Monday and got an sms stating the money will be available within 3 days. Today it's Friday and still waiting for the funds to be deposited. The incompetence of Old Mutual headoffice is getting on my nerves as this happens for the second time, I feel that they don't know what they are doing. How can they provide a wrong account number for a client? The first incindent my money was deposited to someone else's account. I am deeply disappointed.
