Staff are not friendly at all, and I see they have an employee at the entrance with a sash saying something like Customer Welcome/Service can't remember, but what I do remember is that each time I go in they are busy chatting to other staff and completely ignore the clients - strange appointment really. The fruit and veg staff are the worst.

Good, basic professional service.
Consultant was polite, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Was calm, assured and polite. Many other businesses could do with someone like this.

Don't understand
No staff member at the bread section...went to help myself. Staff member eventually came around - NO apology or the like. Very unpleasant, very unfriendly. Asked to speak to the manager, said he was the manager - no further comment. Floor their is often dirty. Staff shouting from one isle to the other, cashiers are unfriendly, not polite at all, sometimes don't greet - unbelievable.
