I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance
I had an accident on the 25th of November, submitted a claim same time. The vehicle was towed to their storage facility, a week later my tracker was showing the vehicle was taken to Auction nation, a few days later I get a call saying the vehicle could not be repaired, it was a total loss. I was told to send the NATIS copies which I did and I was told I would receive an agreement of loss letter which till this day I have not received. When I follow up on email the lady assigned to my claim never answers my emails. I have to call over and over to follow up and every time I am given a different story. At the same time I keep on getting phone calls from Skynet asking to collect original documents before I even see or sign the AOL, this is pure theft from Pineapple. Zandile is the worst person to deal with at Pineapple, have the decency to answer emails, why must a customer be the one to keep on calling asking for feedback? and every time I call she is not available to answer my calls... really Pineapple?
