Horrible experience, after having to answer six questions and confirming each answer I was put in a queue that had 1 person ahead of me for an hour. The thing kept sending me messages about having 1 person ahead of me every minute. I’m still yet to get assistance on WhatsApp. I was only assisted once I called and it took less than ten minutes. If you’re going to introduce a new ticket system to assist clients please make if efficient! Thanks to Daniella for assisting

From inception to making adjustments to my policy the service has been amazing. Sweetness who initially opened the policy was very patient and Thembakazi Mbabane who recently helped me adjust some things assisted me in such a quick and smooth manner.
