I had a very disappointing experience with Mosaic Funeral Group. My mother’s valid, fully paid funeral policy was wrongly rejected, the claim assessor was disorganised and unempathetic, and I was pressured to pay for services that were covered while I was grieving. This was poor service at a very difficult time, and I would not recommend them
