Fin Support SA I'm really tired of you guys everything from it's lie I got a clearance letter from you but still I'm still under ur database, I did call you spoke to one of your employees her name is Zanele told me to go to shoprite pay a R100 fee for my credit to be updated.. I don't know why??? From paying a R2000 to paying R100 which is I don't understand why please remove me, update ur database and clear my name please Zanele from fin Support u the one who helped me so please update ur database and clear my name... I won't even advise any of my family or friends to join u guys poor service, media has to hear about this company how they handle people
Capitec please my money wasn't enough yes u might have paid back my salary but what about the rest please pay back my money 12 737 8892 here is the reference I mean since 15 December 2024 we are in January 2025 I told that I will take this to media trust me.. You will start losing clients I'm telling you

I'm still saying this and I will keep saying it again that Capitec is failing us and I wouldn't even recommend it to anyone, whoever who is using capitec please u have time to change before u get ****med or hacked then lose every cent u have.. Actions speaks louder than words, They will never help and I'm even willing to take it further to media and arlet people that they should stop using Capitec, I'm talking from experience and I know till today I'm still waiting for them to get back to me...It show that we are not safe if they allow people to have access to our accounts and let them do as they please with our money it's not fair..... I sent an email still no reply from them.... As it now my child I couldn't pay for my child's school fees it's even worse I couldn't buy school uniform for my child. Waiting for capitec to respond back to me even now Capitec u will lose ur clients trust me.
Capitec is failing us as their customer, I mean from the 14th of December 2024 a transfer was made without my approval to XOLISWA Temban, I even had a case number which is 0190040 I didn't get help from still pending no updates or what so ever. It happened again this person gets access to my account went to capitec for help but still no help case number is 01910032, 01910031 all of this cases still pending..... On the 24th of December I received my salary amount of 5221,i had a debit order from African Bank, I was left with 4200 the I took the 4200 transferred it to my savings account which is Sweetness the time was 01:05 just after I've done that, an sms pop out at 01:32 4200 has been transferred to Chanel Hinds as a loan Payment to Standard bank yet I don't have any loan with standard bank I've never app**** for a loan there.... I went an open a case, I went to capitec again for help they didn't help I was told that I won't get my money back... Went to the police station to open up a case against these people and try to get some help, I wrote an affidavit, I got a case number from them which is 585/12/2024..... Please help me and get my money back
