Good morning Zandile Onica Malatji, i engaged the company above, for their service, for the clearance of my name at debt review.so when I engaged them they told me is gonna take them two month for me to be cleared now is fourth month,when I call them there's a lot of excuses that no network an so fourth.I don't understand what kind tactics are they using. Just feedback on my last experience where Ild Mutual.inforned me that finsupport put me under debt review. I dealt with them before and they managed to remove the debt review flag from my name after I completed paying R4000.00. It took a while but it has been removed now. I just want to say thank you

The consultants are beyond rude, I have spoken to 3 and they all treat me like I owe them. I called Alfonzo Associates and got these people. I requested a clearance certificate they want money, I have been asking the reason why they get angry. The lady straw was the ***** who told me I will never be cleared, she's not under debt review. I want to understand who sold my details, these people insist I am under them and signed with them. What did I sign with who, when? It so sad that we are put in such positions.

i have just finished my debt review with Fin Support SA. and received my clearance certificate. i was so scared in the beginning but it all worked out in the end . THANK YOU TO CHARLENE FOR ASSISTING ME ,GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNDERSTANDING.

Have received the absolute worst service from FinSupport. They called me and seemed to offer such generous rates to move from my current debt counselling company to them, and then heard nothing from them, and the transfer did not take place, and I decided to stay with my current debt company, and only then did they call to confirm I was not going through with the transfer and I confirmed I was staying with my current firm and asked to have the debicheck cancelled only to have them debit my account on the 25th and since then I have been trying for days, calling multiple times during the day at different times and I keep getting transferred to other departments and then hung up on. This has been happening non-stop, with no response to any of the emails I sent them, even though they were happy to respond to me via email when I was interested in transferring. I am so glad I never moved over as this has got to have been one of the worst experiences I have ever received, and I definitely would not recommend them. I just need my money refunded as the money they have taken was to pay off my current debt firm which I have not fallen behind on, because of them. People have been so unhelpful and unwilling to hear what I have to say

Fin Support SA I'm really tired of you guys everything from it's lie I got a clearance letter from you but still I'm still under ur database, I did call you spoke to one of your employees her name is Zanele told me to go to shoprite pay a R100 fee for my credit to be updated.. I don't know why??? From paying a R2000 to paying R100 which is I don't understand why please remove me, update ur database and clear my name please Zanele from fin Support u the one who helped me so please update ur database and clear my name... I won't even advise any of my family or friends to join u guys poor service, media has to hear about this company how they handle people

I just want to thank Fin support SA for the great service I received, in the beginning I thought I was going to lose my house, they helped me save my house after being in arrears of close to R100 000 they managed to assist me and now by the grace of god I can say my house has now been settled and I received a clearance certificate from them. I am now a homeowner and I'm credit active again I just want to say Thank you to the staff of Fin support especially Whitney Kim i am truly grateful.
