Good morning Zandile Onica Malatji, i engaged the company above, for their service, for the clearance of my name at debt review.so when I engaged them they told me is gonna take them two month for me to be cleared now is fourth month,when I call them there's a lot of excuses that no network an so fourth.I don't understand what kind tactics are they using. Good day, i just want make a statement about the above company,anytime when they have to fulfill their promise it has to be a fight first,last week as my car is at autogearbox for the gearbox faults,so the insurance was notified and requested two service history then now to my surprise they are requesting the third one of which, after buying the car it went for service twice now they are asking the third which the car at time was not belonging to me it was belonging to the dealer in the name of land rover the Glen.so I don't understand their story because they've my service history after I have bought the car,i cannot have service history of time the wasn't mine. So they wanted to play duck and dive now i found the issue to be unfair and i wrote email to them clarifying the matter.always it has to be the same routine when I claim it's bad the way they treat the clients.can you please assist me with them paying the car.
Good morning, I'm Mr Alpheus Malatjie,i have a problem with my warranty insurance above.I'm not sure why always when I make a claim why it has to be a struggle first before everything can be done,because my car gearbox give me a problem then they been notified by the autogearbox center about they requested what they supposed to request they were finished with,but still hassitating to do the right thing.that's really unfair for me every time when you supposed to get their service as promised you have to fight them.it is very disturbing and confusing for to go through that wrote when has to get was is due to him.please help me to get things sorted as it shows to me that you are the one who always try to help it terms of this situation.
Good morning,we at Shakung village at fetakgomo tubatse municipality,we reported to eskom on Thursday last week that we are having electricity failure at the new stand,even today it has been fixed while we took it that they are essential services. Now groceries are rotten because of them while we pay heavy eskom tariffs but we don't get value for our money, one asked himself or herself what supposed to happen in such a situation.my believe is that when entities are called essential services it means their work is24hours but this instance is not why it has to be like that,when you call them you have to quoe almost an hour to be answered what is that.really i don't comprehend the eskom'work. Can you please assist us. With this kind of situation that we are leaving were by things are so expensive,eskom don't see that as a problem to the people of South Africa because we bought our groceries now we have to face starvation because of them it's unfair.
Good day,im Mr Malatji AM, still having a challenge with the above group.since they approved my claim we haven't been able to get our invoice through them,the dealer spoke to them they gave her the email where she must sent the email to,but they said they don't have it.i also took it upon myself to call and find Mr Keshwin which he told me to tell the dealer to call him so that he can provide the right email address that will help,they called and given the email they emailed them but still they didn't receive it yet.I'm a bit frustrated. Every time we have to fight with them before everything comes to normal it's unfair to me because I'm spending a lot of money calling the dealer and them without any results that I'm expecting.when they write me the emails I'm able to receive them but they don't receive us. Why do they do that to me , i don't know what to do anymore because every step to them it seems to be more effort to get things done.you know with this kind of attitude I don't think it's ethical to the customers,they treating me very badly while busy using my money since from 2024 to date im fighting them to do the right thing please help me I'm really exhausted.

Since i started complaining about innovation group here they have been in talks with me.they have log my claim to my surprise now they have authorized R 44999,99 of which were my car is they have sent them a quote for a complete engine or the parts that are needed, when they overall the engine is gonna cost somewhere around R400000 and when they buy a complete engine is gonna cost them around R150000. Then they opt to authorize R44999,99 is not even a tip of iceberg,one they don't consider that is them who did cause the whole situation by not providing me with a policy when I bought the car until it was supposed to lapse,is then they sent me a reminder that my policy is about to expire already i had paid for the car's water pump for about R28200 at Audi polokwane and and the breakdowns for back and fourth for what was not supposed to happen if they did their work ethically by providing the policy initially , they don't even consider that i have gone all out to look for help while i have been in talks with them without help. I also wrote them a letter as well that I don't take what they're telling me because of the whole situation. My plea to them is for them to fix my car I'm tired of fighting them. They supposed to understand what is my contention here because they didn't do the correct things,they were not fair with me,when someone took a policy that should be put to him or her so that in my case was not.
Good morning as i have been speaking with the innovation group by the guy in the name of Keshwin,who sent me a document to fill it in so that they can log the claim,so I did sent it to the dealer were the car,as per his instructions for the dealer to put up other documents as well and sent it to them to sent an assessor on the 10 june.when call the dealer they have done that,now I didn't get any response from there,i then called innovation group on claim department they said to no claim was logged.so i wonder why are they sending me from pillar to post.because is them who promised to sort out this problem.now im again frustrated.they are very ********* when it comes to customers and very poor in managing their affairs.
Good day,i have a bad experience about the company.i actually paid my license disc online,then the who was supposed to deliver my license,so they sent notification that it will be delivered within3-5 days,i waited to receive a call of i didn't receive it,so after four days I tried to track my parcel then I was told it was delivered to the person which I dont know him or her,so I called skynet to check the driver who took the parcel so they have been sending me from pillar to post,i spent my money to them then they promised me to call they don't call,while my car's disc is expired so I'm frustrated about their contact and now I don't know what to do because of ********* behavior they are portraying.
Good morning, with the experience that I have gained,that some of government entities are not working because things i wrote a review they haven't responded yet.that shows exactly what people are going through on daily basis with such kind of entities.we are appealing to governments to monitor them so that they can be effective.it doesn't help to one to pay tax while i don't get value for my money.
