i paid R500 every month for more than 2 yrs and just when about to get to the 3rd year i wanted to do claening then i contacted them they send me the list of their doctors each and every doctor was complaining that the dont pay in time if they end up paying it will be after few months so they said to me ishoul pay cash and do the claim my self but affinity said im not allowed to claim the doctors should help me and claim ,like doctors words against the affinity guys this company is a big ****
