Pathetic service

i have never experienced such pathetic service from any company like MiFitness. Calvin took over one and half hours to reply to me yesterday, why is he so scared to tell me how long has he been doing sales in gym equipment. He ignores all my questions what is he hiding. In todays time you cant trust anyone. How can you trust the people that are meant to give you the best service when they dont tell you things that you ask. I would be sceptical to buy from this company.
