I've bought 2 tanks, some years apart. In both cases the inner black liner was missing or incomplete. The lining is to stop sunlight causing algae, and even to prevent leaking ("weeping"). They boast an ISO9001 certification. If the non-conformance rate is say 1%, then my experience represents a 1 in 10 000 chance - hard to believe. Three weeks later there is no replacement, and no communication from them.
With my car license expiring at end March, I paid to RTMC on the web, including courier delivery of the disk, on 12 March. On 25 March I began being seriously concerned about non-delivery, and I battled to raise anyone by telephone or e-mail from 25 March. On 28 March I was told the printing would happen the next day, and I should be fixed up by the end of the week. Today is 4 April, and my license is expired, although I can show a formal receipt.
