I need my money i am fed up now … i’ve been asking for my money since 2026/02/01 for the orlando pirates match moses mabhida they charged me double because their sight was faulty now im the one suffering. This is their response today “ Dear Portia, Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay and the oversight regarding your refund. There was an error with the refund batch where the new transaction for R50 was incorrectly flagged as a duplicate and was not submitted. We have corrected this, and your refund has been added to the next batch for processing. Please be assured that you will receive the remaining R50. We apologise for this mistake and appreciate your continued patience.” i can’t wait anymore i need that money today if i ask to speak to their manager they ignore .I need today please!!!
