Bad service

Bad experience. I bought pair of New Balance 9060s end of October and they were delivered for 1st of November. Got the sneakers and fitted and seen they are too small and returned within the 14 day return period. Did that and ever since then till now I haven’t received my sneakers back. Everything I ask about my sneakers they give me some excuses about we will provide feedback next of this week. Mind you we are in January and these sneakers were bought end of October
