****mers of note. Placed an order for a pair of sneakers back in October and to this day I haven’t received them. I keep following up and it’s excuses after excuses. They don’t give refunds yet don’t deliver. They sell **** shoes too. How can they sell Hermes Oran sandals that retail for $600 (R11 000) and they sell them for R2000. Stay away from these ****mers.

Bad service
Bad experience. I bought pair of New Balance 9060s end of October and they were delivered for 1st of November. Got the sneakers and fitted and seen they are too small and returned within the 14 day return period. Did that and ever since then till now I haven’t received my sneakers back. Everything I ask about my sneakers they give me some excuses about we will provide feedback next of this week. Mind you we are in January and these sneakers were bought end of October

Bad service

Another successful order from the best sneaker company!
I just ordered another pair from this business for christmas. I'm 1000% satisfied. My sneakers were delivered on time and the customer service is amazing.👌👌👌 The quality of the sneakers is great as well.

Paid but did not receive my order
Paid but did not receive my order I have ordered sneakers at your heaven on 29 November 2024 ,till today I haven't receive my order.I have send whatsapp to them but nothing expect them telling me they will let me know when my order is being dispatched. Sometime they don't even respond to my message or calls.This store is a ***** and they are even using celebrities to sell they lies to us. Khaya Mkangisa is all posting their sneakers in IG.

Patience is key
Patience is key when placing an order with Your Heaven. They are customer oriented and keep you in the know of the status of your order. It took long enough for my order to arrive and when it finally arrived, it was well worth the wait. They will send you an SMS stating that your order is ready for collection at Postnet or whichever shipping method you selected. I did my 7 point (red flag check) on both my son and I Air force 1s and everyone of them checked out to be genuine. Thank you Your Heaven.

Great experience
Recently purchased Nike’s from Yourheaven and it was a smooth experience. Everything from the delivery, quality of the shoes and customer service were beyond my expectations. Will definitely order again!!
