Disappointing Experience with Manager Beven I'm writing to share my disappointing experience at Wok n Roll Sandton. We had a great dinner, but the service after paying our bill was unacceptable. Manager Beven claimed one of the payments didn't go through, despite proof of payment. He became aggressive and rude, harassing us with demands to pay again or sit In the restaurant till the system is working again. When we refused, he called security on us. The head of security, Themba, intervened. He logged an incident report and exchange personal details. The next morning, Beven called to apologize, saying the waiter had billed the payment to a different table. However, his apology seemed insincere as he called his behaviour “a little rude”. The incident was distressing, we were embarrassed in the restaurant, we felt belittled and disrespected. ACQUIFIN is a ****! I viewed my credit score today and saw i a R15k loan that I allegedly took with ACQUIFIN PTY (LTD) in October 2022. I have not taken any credit since 2016. This is extremely upsetting and *****ulent. Take it off my credit score asap, as it is ruining my credit score and life. This seems to be a common practice for this company and it’s pathetic l.
23 September 2021 - 17:45 I went to the McDonald's in Retail Crossing , Roodepoort. To purchase x1 Mc Feast meal , x1 Happy meal with an apple juice (which we did not receive) , Sharebox Beef and x1 Big Mac - takeaway. One of the meals was supposed to be a normal McFeast but my sister got a spicy McFeast which obviously went to waste because she does not eat hot food. We paid for an apple juice along with the Happy meal, we didn't receive that either. My family and i could not eat at the restaurant because the staff was unblocking a blocked sewerage drain near the drive through exit. Which permeated through the restaurant , basically we were being served in a food in a place that smelled like faeces. Extremely disappointed at the level of service we experienced, all the missing/incorrect items were only discovered after we had left with our Uber to return home. Paid R407 for incompetence. Pathetic and unsanitary .
Good day, I won a competition at the Total garage at Randpark ridge On the 29th of July. A voucher to the value of R500 (Total hot winter deals promo) I was assisted by a kind petrol attendant. We then used R100 of the voucher to pour petrol and a balance of R400 remained . I then returned yesterday to purchase using my balance. And it declined! Note that it was due to only expire on the 01/09/20. I was told to return once again today to contact head office but not given a guarantee that the voucher will work. Please understand i stay far from the garage and it takes petrol to travel back and forth for nothing. How is it that a voucher only worked on the first day? This is incompetent service from such a prestigious gas company. And poor customer service. The voucher code and receipts will be available upon request in order to sort out this matter!
Good day, I sent myself an emergency cash send on the Capitec bank app. On the 26th I went to retrieve it at the atm and there was error code that kept appearing, kindly note that I was assisted by a Capitec employer at Capitec Rosebank. I was then told to go inside the branch and a consultant contacted the head office, to which I received a reference number and I was told that the matter was being investigated. I then returned the following day and I was told the exact same thing that the matter was still being investigated . I sent myself that cash send because I needed it to return home since I forgot my bank card at home. The capitec bank head office shows no sense of urgency in resolving the matter. I have returned to the bank over 3 times trying to get a resolution. Nor was I given a time frame of how long the incident will be resolved after. Can it kindly return my money (which I earned regardless of the amount). or allow me to retrieve the cash send.
