Total Garage Heidelburg teller (Fikile Skhosana) told me i must enter the store knowing what I am looking for and she cannot cancel any transaction, she wanted me to take items I dont even want, after ive refused she processed them, I am really shocked at this...

Good day, I won a competition at the Total garage at Randpark ridge On the 29th of July. A voucher to the value of R500 (Total hot winter deals promo) I was assisted by a kind petrol attendant. We then used R100 of the voucher to pour petrol and a balance of R400 remained . I then returned yesterday to purchase using my balance. And it declined! Note that it was due to only expire on the 01/09/20. I was told to return once again today to contact head office but not given a guarantee that the voucher will work. Please understand i stay far from the garage and it takes petrol to travel back and forth for nothing. How is it that a voucher only worked on the first day? This is incompetent service from such a prestigious gas company. And poor customer service. The voucher code and receipts will be available upon request in order to sort out this matter!

On the 26th of July 2017 I went to your Cape Town branch to deliver my cylinders. I left eleven 5 kg cylinders and three 9kg cylinders so in total it was 14 cylinders. I was supposed to get paid for these cylinders in a week but today is the 15th of September and no payment has been made. I was first told to get proof that I owned Telephone Cafe that I registered as the business where I was using these cylinders. I went to the bank got the proof and sent it. I called in again after a few days since days had passed with no one getting back to me and a lady by the name of Wendy informed me that they had lost my documents and that they would be sending their driver to collect. (I don't understand how a big company can be so careless in safe keeping documents and also I had to call in to find out that they had lost it no one bothered to call me). Yesterday I called in through again and it was story after story from this lady called Wendy still. I am both disappointed and appalled by the service I am receiving from you guys I turned to Hello Peter as the last resort as no one seems to bother in trying to assist me.
