Invalid voucher (Total winter promo competition)

Good day,

I won a competition at the Total garage at Randpark ridge On the 29th of July. A voucher to the value of R500 (Total hot winter deals promo) I was assisted by a kind petrol attendant. We then used R100 of the voucher to pour petrol and a balance of R400 remained . I then returned yesterday to purchase using my balance. And it declined! Note that it was due to only expire on the 01/09/20. I was told to return once again today to contact head office but not given a guarantee that the voucher will work. Please understand i stay far from the garage and it takes petrol to travel back and forth for nothing.

How is it that a voucher only worked on the first day? This is incompetent service from such a prestigious gas company. And poor customer service.
