I have this account resurfacing on my credit report and there is no agreement between me and them, furthermore they are within no right to be still appearing on my bureau as the initial debt is now past the 3year term which must have been prescribed already as there has never been any acknowledgement of debt from my side. Can I please have this company removed against my name, I have lodged a formal complaint with the NCR and I will do so with ombudsman as well should I not get this resolved and my name cleared.

Very angry at this company for not keeping up their promise. They debited my R350 and on the date that we never agreed on..the lady I spoke to guaranteed me that they will debit next month but they took it yesterday when I had plans with it now my kids have to suffer because of this...I'm really not happy at all😡😠

I just saw this company on my credit report and i have no idea who they are or where they situated. My credit report show an outstanding amount for a loan during Covid nogal for R1797-00. Like it was reported on Hellopeter from other people this is ****mers and i have no idea where they got my details from. they should really phone me or it someone have there contact details pls forward it to me i would like to know what this is about and I demand they take there company and report of my credit report. i am fully prepared to see my lawyer about this. i need answer immediately or i will take action.

So this morning I get my credit report and here I see Aquifin with an outstanding amount of R 2218. I want to know how this ended up on my credit record or else I will lodge a formal dispute and you will be very sorry. If it was for a loan you need to provide proof of my bank statements, payslips and where I signed. I am sick and tired , I am giving you 7 days for this to be resolved
