Very angry at this company for not keeping up their promise. They debited my R350 and on the date that we never agreed on..the lady I spoke to guaranteed me that they will debit next month but they took it yesterday when I had plans with it now my kids have to suffer because of this...I'm really not happy at all😡😠

I want a refund
I am not happy with clientele at all very ****ed. They have debited twice from my account in one month. Last I called requested for for the cancellation but nothing happened. The money the debited today, I'm supposed to go to the hospital with it but now I don't have transportation. I really want my refund and want this policy cancelled.
