Dispute
I have this account resurfacing on my credit report and there is no agreement between me and them, furthermore they are within no right to be still appearing on my bureau as the initial debt is now past the 3year term which must have been prescribed already as there has never been any acknowledgement of debt from my side. Can I please have this company removed against my name, I have lodged a formal complaint with the NCR and I will do so with ombudsman as well should I not get this resolved and my name cleared.

Refund request
I ordered hot comb 29 November 2024 but couldn't go collect as I was sick. The item was returned but I never got the money deposited back to my account. I raised it with the accounts team and was told they will look into it but they haven't till to date. Invoice no. 166654682 I want my funds back, it's been long.
