Not reliable

I bought soccer boots online, the size was correct and cut was small. I tried to return it for a bigger size but they said they don't have sizes whereas the sizes are available on their website. They told me my boot is not in a good condition to be returned but I've only fitted it once and never walked in it. Not happy.
